Virtualmin Gets Stuck Creating Server at "Performing other Apache configuration"

I'm wondering if anyone knows why virtualmin seems to be getting stuck when creating a virtual server from the command line. It runs through everything else fine but for some reason when it gets to the "Performing other Apache configuration" it seems to get stuck.

If I hit ctrl c it starts working again and finishes running through, so it doesn't seem to be an error.

Any ideas?
