virtualmin and utorrent Startup scripts conflict

Hello, this is my first post on this forum, so let me start by thanking everyone involved in this great server administration system.

I've been using Virtualmin on my ubuntu server for sometime now, along with so many software, with no problem what so ever.

Recently i installed it on a "Debain 8.2" home server, everything was alright until i installed "utorrent for linux", after i rebooted the server virtualmin was down, tried to start it manually "sudo service webmin start" with no luck, i had to stop utorrent in order to start webin, starting utorrent after that went fine and both of them were working as they suppose to until the next reboot.

It has something to do with the startup scripts which i cant figure out. been all over the internet looking for a clue with no luck, i tried to play with ".depend.start" to make webmin load before utorrent's but it didn't work.

here are both scripts:

/etc/init.d/utorrent http://paste.ubuntu.com/12649958/

/etc/init.d/webmin http://paste.ubuntu.com/12649973/

Any help will be highly appreciated.
