Where is logged who created user? Cant find who created it even not in linux log files

Where is logged who created user? Cant find who created it even not in linux log files

So i found in groups users in user named as my servername. I didnt made it and also can find in ubuntu log files with zgrep 'useradd' /var/log/auth.log.4.gz for each log when and how this user was made! Did virtualmin made user with this name couse i made such server virtualmin installation?
