Very short downtime for database tweaks

Howdy all,

I'm going to put the site into maintenance mode for about 5-10 minutes in order to make some tweaks to the database (and to enable the software repos to authenticate directly to the software license tables). Should be back up around 4PM CST.

Most folks probably won't notice, but, if you do, that's what's happening.
