any work-around for "domains" not allowed as email address?

hi Folks,

one of my web-clients has his domain contact info email set up as "domains@hisdomain.com" we're trying to transfer the domain out to another registrar and Virtualmin won't let us use the word "domains" as an email prefix.

unfortunately the registrar has a punitive rule where they lock your domain in for 60 days when you change contact info, so we're stuck with the "domains@..." email for now.

Is there any way I can trick virtualmin into Ok'ing this email alias or prefix, at least on a temporary basis, so we can complete the domain transfer?
