System Hostname Does Not Show Correct IP

The system hostname is showing a completely different IP to the IP listed for the vnet 0 interface on this one VPS. Usually, the default IP address for the VPS and the hostname show the same IP address.

Any ideas what is wrong? Or how to troubleshoot?
