Webmin login page is accessed by unauthenticated user from xx.xx.xx.xx

I have just seen this warning from root emails. What does that mean? Does it simply mean someone tried to login unsuccessfully from that IP? Or does it mean that they were successful, but not an authorized IP?

I tried googling the error, but didn't get much in the way of help.

This is an error generated out of the new HTML5 Authentic Theme. It means someone tried to log in or access the page. You can turn the warnings off in the Authentic theme setup on the system if you don't want to get them.
