Where is the wizzard?

"After Virtualmin is installed and the master administrator logs in for the first time, a wizard allowing basic configuration of memory and speed tradeoffs will be displayed."

This doesn't allways happen. Where can I call it manually, or where is it to be found?

If you are using the install script and installing on a fresh OS, it will always happen. The only way it won't run is if you already had Webmin and Virtualmin installed (the way it knows to run it or not is to look in the Virtualmin configuration file to see if it has run yet). Authentic Theme would fail to run it in the past, but that bug has long been fixed, to the best of my knowledge (if not, we need to now about it!). Don't uninstall/reinstall Virtualmin (if you have problems, you should generally bring the problems to this forum rather than reinstalling to try to fix them).

Anyway, you can trigger it at any time in System Settings->Re-run Install Wizard

I installed a couple of times on a clean Debian 8, it does run but usually much later, certainly not on first login each time, but sometimes.
