I have check htacess, index.php or index.html, or folder permission etc.

all are no wrong. actually, we backup from a working site A to new VPS Site A.

but when i finised the recover, i access the site A. it is always 403.. You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Crazing!!! I have try all method.

Do you have any fixed solution??

Also sometime, i create a new site, it also 403, and if i change the site IP, sometime it work... just rubblish!

Howdy,

There may be an IP address mismatch, between what Apache is using, and what IP's are available on your server.

It is not IP issue. I have others site point to the same IP. but it can access.

if other problem reason? i really want to fix the 403 issue.
