I receive the next issue on install Wizard, the system is an fresh install, first configuration. DBI connect failed : Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Howdy -- is this on a VPS, or a dedicated server?
Is it possible that there is already a MySQL password set?

It is on dedicated server, it is an fresh debian 8 install from netinstall just with ssh, and then run virtualmin install. If first I set password for mysql and the run wizard it is working.

When you say "set a password for MySQL", how did you do that?

I set separate on MSQL module, I open a new tab and there I set Mysql password, then I run again wizard and appear Leave unchanged option

Ok, that's expected - Virtualmin doesn't know by default what your current MySQL password is, and assumes that it is empty.

Go Webmin -> Servers -> MySQL Database.
