Postfix on Webmin can receive but can't send

Hello there. I am running Ubuntu 15.10 with Webmin, Virtualmin and Usermin. And I am using postfix as mail server. Somehow, I can receive emails but can’t send out somehow. I tried many ways but didn't work. Please check the attachments for more detail.

I am a newbie. Your help will be very much appreciated!
