refund request

Please issue a refund on orders 27868 and 27866 Docker functionality not there. Did not redeem support instance. Please credit me the entire amount back please. Thanks

Eric - are you sure that this refund went through? The customer reports that the money didn't show up yet.

Yeah I did put the refund in using the admin interface on our website on July 30th.

Looking at the bank account, it lists two refunds, one for $49, and the other for $6, both going through that same day, and the status is listed as "Settled".

It definitely appears to have gone through on our end, though it may take a few days to show up in the remote bank.

If it's still not showing up in a few more days, I can provide a screenshot of the transactions, which may help the bank determine where the funds are.
