Password of databse not working if using hashed passwords

Set up Virtualmin with wizzard checking to hash passwords. Can login ftp or ssh with that but phpmyadmin database not working. Checked pasword reveal in database settings and revelead hashed witch is numbers and letters and that worked. Why not working real one?

if i revel hashed paasword its different then it was i set for virtual serrver. so i allways need to do hashed one or how to make the real one work?
