2 simple questions about let's encrypt

It is awesome that Virtualmin supports let's encrypt certificates. I have 2 questions however:

  • - What should I set auto renewal to? The lifetime of the certificate is like 90 days right? So do I have to set this to two months? Because 3 months can be longer then 90 days?
  • - Can I use this for multiple domains on the same server, and will auto renew work when using multiple SSL domains on the same server?

Hope someone can help me out. Thanks a lot!

hi..

  • 2 months so if the cert will fail to renew you have at least one month to troubleshoot it :)
  • always use domain in that server aka www.domain.com and domain.com - dont use whitelist..

Yes you can use for multiple domains on same sever. Apache uses SNI so multiple sites can use 1 IP address and each site can have its own letsencrypt cert.
