Config LetsEncrypt Retry Interval & Attempts

when a letsencrypt renewal fails, it retries. every 5 minutes, for several times.

is it possible to adjust how soon it retries and how many times it tries?

not sure if it matters but the error was acme:error:unauthorized (challenge did not pass)
