Let's Encrypt in Command Line API

Hello,

The new Let's Encrypt feature inside Server Configuration > Manage SSL Certificate it's very cool but I think it will be even cooler to have let's encrypt inside Command Line API in order to automate the encryption process for new domains. Do you think we can have such a feature and if so when ?
