Inbox get not be filtered with rules in usermin automaticly, but manual is working

Hello,

i created some rules that mail with specific header move to other folders. I set the checkbox that userfilters will not be ignored: https://www.virtualmin.com/comment/769995#comment-769995 but it will not work automaticly.

When i go to Usermin --> Filter and Mailforwardings, then choose on rule and click on "Appliy to E-Mail in Folder". Then it works immediately. Is some other option to set that this will work automaticly?
