Howdy -- what does your /etc/apache2/sites-enabled directory look like? That is, what is the output of the command "ls /etc/apache2/sites-enabled"?

Also, which Virtualmin version are you running there, and what is on line 3816 of /usr/share/webmin/virtual-server/feature-web.pl ?
