Sending a support ticket out of virtualmin fails with the following error:
Collecting detailed system information .. .. done.
Sending support ticket to virtualmin.com .. .. failed with HTTP error : HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
tried several times without success

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
There's unfortunately an issue with submitting requests from within Virtualmin as you've seen; Joe is working on that, though we don't currently have an ETA for that.
