How to limit an account usage?

Hello, I would like to know the best way to create usage limits for account in Webmin/Virtualmin please.

I see that when you create plans you can set disk quota and some other features, however I don't see a way to manage CPU, memory, number of processes, number of emails received or sent per hour.

If anyone can advise me on this it will be great, thanks.
