I used the command line to activate Virtualmin Pro with my license and key. For some reason, though, only WordPress, WHMCS, phpMyAdmin (two versions), Django, RoundCube, and SquirrelMail are showing in the list of available scripts. Any idea why that is?

Howdy -- sorry that you're seeing a problem updating to Virtualmin Pro!
Do you know if there were any errors during the upgrade process?
Also, what is the output of this command:
dpkg -l webmin-virtual-server
