SMTP Error: SMTP connect() failed

Nov 18 11:53:21 ws postfix/smtpd[17915]: connect from ws.hostname.com[ip]
Nov 18 11:53:21 ws postfix/smtpd[17915]: lost connection after STARTTLS from ws.hostname.com[ip]
Nov 18 11:53:21 ws postfix/smtpd[17915]: disconnect from ws.hostname.com[ip]


Trying to send an email using phpMailer on port 587 using TLS and I got a SMTP connect() failed.
