forwaring for a user

Hi, i have 2 questions. i hope i am not being to needy? haha all my mail accounts show up as alias's as well as mail boxes. is that correct? also 1 domain has 2 email accounts joe@ mary@ i need a copy of joe@ to be sent to mary@ as well.
