Usermin 1.734 released

Howdy all,

I've rolled out version 1.734 of Usermin. This is a minor bugfix release to address a few problems that cropped up due to the new SPA version of Authentic theme. The most important issue was with composing mail, but a number of other (mostly cosmetic) issues have been fixed.

As always, let us know if you run into any bugs.
