Seamless Webmin and Usermin updates

We provide root access to our customers and also forward root mail to them, which means they also get regular cron messages. And unfortunately every time Webmin or some of its modules like, for example, Usermin, gets updated the system sends annoying e-mail notification:

Usermin install complete. You can now login to https://host.domain.com:20000 as any user on your system.

Well, first of all the wording here is totally incorrect as the Webmin or Usermin were installed there long time ago, so the notice should've been about the update or upgrade, but not installation.

However, I believe instead of correcting the notice messages, it would be much better to completely remove it. Just think: why the end users should be bothered with every single Webmin (or it's component) update?! All they care for the control panel to be functional and that's it! They really do not need to get reminded on every single update.

Thanks, I've asked Joe to look into this one.

Our central e-mail is bombarded with another flood of messages like below today:

/etc/cron.daily/0yum-daily.cron:

Usermin install complete. You can now login to https://ns1.website.com:20000/
as any user on your system.

and it is really not right. It had been installed long time ago, so its not install, but rather update. However, even if you make ti semantically correct, I believe users simply should not get those messages.

Yeah, this message is un-necessary for upgrades. I'll fix it in the next webmin release.
