Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!

On the cPanel server, the domain(s) in question would have had a username associated with them.

Does that particular user already exist on the new server? If so, that could cause the problems you're seeing now.

If that user already exists, it that a Virtual Server owner? Or was that user created outside of Virtualmin?

Whooa - you guys have fast response speed....I feel great chosing virtualmin.

The user was created during ubuntu server installation so I guess Virtualmin picked it up from there.

When I navigate to webmin Tab - searched for Users and Groups, I could find the user but I am not sure what would happen if I change the username under the Users and Groups.

Kind regards,

Femi

Hi, I have resolved the issue by changing the username under users and groups and then due to the fact that I wanted to use raid 1 I have re-install unbuntu server from scratch.

The new problem is that I am still unable to upload the server - giving some bunch of repetitive errors like
