Phantom redirection to https:// port 80

I am not sure what i did but

peterwebsolutions.com

is redirecting to

https://peterwebsolutions.com:80/

i an using nginxi have check nginx.conf and peterwebsolutions.com.conf, and i dont see any redirection.

EDIT: i ended up just deleting the vhost and remaking it
