When we get the alert
" Warning! Recent package updates (such as a new kernel version) require a reboot to be fully applied.""
There is a "Reboot now" button
It would be nice if there were also a "Schedule reboot" option.

Not a bad idea. Although you could do that already at Webmin -> System -> Scheduled Commands, by setting up a command to run "reboot"
