Disable email server smtp etc. Options for contact form?

Hello when creating this VPS with webmin i decided ill disable all the email services and not use this server for email hosting so i did a minimum install, But i don't know where to start looking for what i want to do now, I currently have a contact forum on my website nigix server (port 25blocked btw from host), i need to hook it up to send an email to/from my gmail account(i am open to other options) , I was wondering can someone lead me to the right direction? or is SMTP a must?

If you are using a forum or CMS and the software doesnt natively support SMTP you will need a module/addon for this. Once installed you should be able to connect to any external email account, even from services like Gmail or Hotmail.
