file manager not downloading directories

not sure if this is just the authentic theme, or virtualmin itself, but since they are bundled now it may not matter.

as root, i seem to be able to download folders as root, but if i login as another virtualmin admin, it doesn't work. the urls i see often have the wrong username, and seem to be the wrong path as well.

anyone else seeing this?
