Sagepay - Ebizmarts Magento integration - Server issue

I've installed this module and sagepay is sending a post request to my server, but apparently the server is blocking it? they said must be something on the firewall or something similar but I even disable the iptables fully and still having the same issue.

I dont think is something on Magento because they provide a non-cms integration kit for test and when I try this, still being the same issue. Definitely is something on the server but I ran out of ideas where to look at on virtualmin.

If any one have and idea or even know where I can check a kind of log/record where it shows if the server rejected a post message, what was the response? so I can know where to start

Many thanks!

Howdy -- sorry that you're having server problems!

It looks like you're using Virtualmin GPL though, the area here is for folks using Virtualmin Pro.

It's no problem to get support!

But you'd want to use the Forums for support. We monitor the Forums, along with lots of wonderful folks in the community.

My suggestion would be to start a new forum thread, and there, include any error messages you're receiving in the app, as well as any entries from the access and error logs for that domain that occur at the time you're trying to use this app/module. Those are located in $HOME/logs.

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm happy to subscribe and pay but if you really can have this sorted.

I've seen there is a pay per issue service, I think that one might help?

Thanks

Yeah we do offer a $50 per-incident support option... that's a wonderful option for Virtualmin related issues!

Unfortunately, what you're trying to resolve is really outside the scope of what we're able to assist with.

My suggestion would be to look in the logs in $HOME/logs/error_log, or in Virtualmin using Logs and Reports -> Apache Error log, and see what error it's producing.

You could then likely find similar errors in Google that could help resolve what you're seeing.

But you're also quite welcome to post it in our Forums here (which we will likely see and respond to if we happen to know the answer).

We're sorry that we can't be of more assistance, that's just not an app we have any experience with, and we hate to see you pay money for something we ultimately wouldn't be able to do anything about.
