Not possible to see which sites are using what Server Templates. Nor is is possible to change the template of multiple sites.

Was surprised that it appears it isn't possible within Server Templates to view which domain was associated with what template.

Beyond this, it would be super useful to be able to change the Server Template for multiple domains at the same time. I was unable to find a way to do this, whether through the web interface, or via the command line.
