Allow Virtual server admins to create their users

I've successfully installed virtualmin on my server. However when I create a virtual domain assigned to a particular user, when they log in and attempt to create their own users, I get this message.

You are not allowed to edit users in this domain

I'm assuming there must be an option somewhere between virtualmin and usermin to allow them to enter their own users. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Michael,

THat would be a function you turn on.

for a server goto ADMINISTRATION OPTIONS then goto EDIT OWNER LIMITS and choose MANAGE USERS

It might do you well to click on all the features and do a quick study.

You can also set that in your default server creation template, etc.
