Let's encrypt clocking when requesting a new certificate

Hi,

I have a sub server in which I'd like to request a certificate using Let's' encrypt, however, for some reason when I press the Request Certificate button it stays clocking forever and does nothing.

I was able to request certificates for 2 other sub servers with no issues but this one is giving me headaches.

Where can I look up a log or something to troubleshoot?

Never Mind! I noticed the www wasn't being redirected in my domain's DNS so all I had to do is add a CNAME at my Domain DNS and now it worked. For some reason, when let's encrypt can't resolve the domain names specified it fails and gives no error message..
