Installing PHP 7.1 on CentOS 6

Hello, I am really a newbie so sorry for some basic level questions. I have read: https://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/web/multiplephp

I need the exact commands for installing php 7.1 Also the path it is going to be installed.

Once this is installed will it be available on Virtualmin?
