Usermin option to install SSL Certificate?

I wish to restrict users of some virtual servers to only having access to the Usermin interface (those who have static websites for example).

I need to be able to give the Usermin user permissions to install SSL certificate.

Where is this function/option? Is there a way of configuring Usermin to be able to perform this task? If so, how?
