Problem with interface

It is happening to me that when I finish typing the data of "Destination backup", I put what I put, when I save it, it saves me the ones I had before, and there is no way to modify it .... Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Backup destinations
SSH server 23.88.121.24
File on server copiaResources
Login as user root
with password ••••••••••••••••••

I modify destination, user and password and when I send send I see how the previous values are placed and they are recorded ,,, the previous values

Just to eliminate them as possibilities, have you tried using a different browser or computer? I'm just imagining something weird going on with auto form filling.
