Howdy,

The error you're seeing is this here:

Service unavailable, Client host [49.148.139.81] blocked using Spamhaus.

That indicates that your server's IP is listed in a blacklist, likely because it's on a residential, dynamic IP address.

There's details about that here:

https://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/query/PBL1532967

If that's not a dynamic IP though you can follow the procedure described above to get the IP address delisted.

Thanks Eric and yes it is indeed a residential dynamic IP. So does this mean I cannot run an email in my home webserver?

It is best to go to your home internet service provider and apply to have a static ip address assigned to your residence.

If you are using a wifi/wireless home internet connection instead of landline, you may have to go on a business plan in order to achieve that as quite often "non business" wireless internet plans do not offer static ip address to private individuals.

Here in Australia a static ip address on landline costs me about $10/month...not sure what other country ISP's charge.

Once you have a home/office static ip address, i think this error will go away automatically.

Also, dont forget to ensure that with your current configuration you have correctly setup your reverse ptr records at domain registrar or on your DNS server (if you are using Webmin/Virtualmin server as SOA)

I use mxtoolbox in order to generate SPF and _DMARC records. Sometimes the _DMARC generator is difficult to find so google search "mxtoolbox DMARC generator" and the url will come up for you on their website.

This will help with spamhause blacklisting.
