PostFix - Client App Issue

Hi,

I hope I am posting this in the correct place. I have setup a virtual server on Virtualmin with Postfix, all is working fine with sending and receiving mail from Usermin but nothing works from a client app e.g. Outlook. Any ideas where I can start looking for issues?

Please note im very new to Postfix and am learing as I go :-)
