Failed to save enabled features : You have selected to use clamdscan for virus scanning, but the clamd server it talks to is not

Hi

Cant enable (put check mark against it) Spam and Virus checking, as clamd server is not running

But I cannot start it, as its not enable...bit of loop

Please advise how to start Clamd, if I can get option to start it
