Webmin SSL Encryption

I note that my server is different from https://doxfer.webmin.com/Webmin/Let%27s_Encrypt

let say my server host.fqdn was server1.adam.com

hostnames for cerfticate on my system = server1.adam.com

Website root directory for validation file = other directory "adam/public_html"

Also, I dont understand Months between automatic renewal. Is the first option "only renew manually" or is that the second option?

In what way will my changing my system to match the tutorial affect existing domains and email on my system?

Also, When i Run SSL tests on email accounts on my server for various domains, they are all showing the same (incorrect expired) certificate for Usermin. The certificate shown is for a billing.adam.com (that no longer is even on this server). I dont actually know how it ended up like this, anyway...it needs to be changed.

what is the safest method of fixing the above problems for webmin and Usermin SSL without adversely affecting other domains on the system?

"Also, I dont understand Months between automatic renewal. Is the first option "only renew manually" or is that the second option?" I am not sure of that option either, I think it appears the wrong way round. some of my SSL's are not autorenewing anf I think I have wrong option selected.

with regards to the SSL cert setup I assume that you have the domain and NS setup correctly, when you run lets encrypt does it come back and say that the certificate is ok ? to get the SSL cert used for DOvecot and Postfix you need to use from the domain SSL Certificate:

"The buttons below will copy this domain's SSL certificate as the default for the chosen service. This will be used if no per-domain or per-IP certificate is configured."

apologies if I misunderstood the question Brian
