User enabled Spamassassin Razor, and it applied this to every hosting email account on the server

Hi, has anyone experienced this before? I logged in as one of my normal client accounts in Usermin, and then went to Usermin>Mail>Spassassin>and enabled Razor.

Usermin then enabled Razor for every Virtual server mail account on my system.

Is this supposed to happen? Surely not?
