I would like to get some support, but the support order form seems to be only for a new installation. Where do I order general support?
Ive posted a question to the forum but no reply for several days and its pretty critical.
The issue tracker is usually the best way to get a response on time critical problems. It is monitored by both Jamie and I. Email to support@virtualmin.com will also get someone's attention, usually (but it's not as good as the issue tracker, because only I get those emails unless I'm on vacation).
