I need to add ssl on my virtual min but it fails. I have to update the packages. but i have lot of stuff on my server, I'm scare if the update causes problem to working of my sites. I need to verify that should I update packages etc will it have effect on my running websites?? Can support team do update for me?

You can generally assume that applying package updates is safe.

but i need to be sure that all my sites will be intact and working.
