virtualmin installation doesn't look like normal

I've done a fresh install of Cent 5 and did a install of virtualmin and it doesn't look anything like what it use to, normally when I log into webmin, there are two tabs where I can chose to manage virtualmin or use webmin and that is not present. Virtualmin options are all within the usermin menues. When I click on system information, all i get is info regarding webmin, nothing regarding virtualmin shows up here. I'm wondering if this is still correct or if something happen during install.

Thanks, Casey

I noticed the same thing today as well with a fresh install of CentOS.

Hm.. I have something similar with Debian 4.0 and Virtualmin Pro.. My first installation was ok.. everything worked as should. Then I decided to change partition layout that more suits for Virtialmin (more space for home).. I just made the same fresh Debian installation and than the same installation of Virtualmin Pro, but wenn I connect through https://blabla.mysite:10000 I always get only webmin and nothing from virtualmin..

I found this from Joe on another post, Its the key.

Just change to the Virtualmin theme. You're looking at the normal Webmin theme.

Browse to Webmin:Webmin Configuration:Webmin Themes, and set it to Virtualmin Framed Theme. (If you didn't use install.sh to install Virtualmin, you'll need to install the theme...you can download it at Webmin.com.)

Hey guys,

Recent installs are broken badly due to the new Webmin 1.400 and 1.401 release. We're rolling out a fix today, and will post information for correcting the failed installs soon after. It's not just a theme selection issue--none of the post-configuration steps are happening with this new Webmin.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Should be fixed now...but it's untested on Debian at the moment (we're testing as we speak). See this news item:
