SVN connects over http, but not over svn

SVN connects over http, but not over svn

I can't find a related post...

I set up SVN successfully, and I can browse the svn over http in my browser, but I can't connect to my repository in an svn client.

I checked and opened the port in the iptables, but still no luck.

Is there a step that I am missing?
