Please could someone point me the direction of some documentation and 'how-to's' regarding sub-domains and users.
I think I've searched through the virtualmin forums and docs but cant find anything.
All I'm trying to do is create and account under a fqdn virtual server which has ssh ftp access to their public_html folder.
for example
sub-domain is baldrick2.virtualmin.com where virtualmin.com is the virtual server.
Even better would be to just create a user who's name was appended to the domain. I'm positive that virtualmin can do this, I also know its really basic, but I know from having buggered numerous installations I really don't know how to do it! I realise that this is really easy linux stuff as its the way my ISP does my webspace and ftp/ssh ftp access (not meaning that my ISP is unknowledgable, far from it)
This is only for public_html access so would like to turn off console (putty etc.) access and lock the ssh ftp to that directory.
Sorry this is such a newbie lamer post. All I'm trying to do is give a work colleagues son an apache webserver to practise / test his web pages on for school (hence the no console login!!).
