[WEB] www. or not www.

hi,

I have example.com, it works with example.com and www.example.com BUT, www.example.com/roundcube/ doesn't work (it works with example.com/roundcube)

What did I do wrong ?

I made some bad stuff on the DNS panel of my registrar
