VirtualMin http log?

Does the virtualmin http server produce a log somewhere? I am trying to troubleshoot a remote http request and I am trying to see what the request/error looks like.

Of course. You're looking for miniserv.error and miniserv.log. One most Linux distros they can be found in /var/webmin.
