Centos5 clean install failed

Joe, I had a server crash today and need to do a quick rebuild. I built a centos 5 system and ran the VMpro install script from my license area on it. The virtualmin-install.log in /root says:

Fatal Error Occurred: Installation of virtualmin-release failed: 4

I'll research further, but am stuck and really need this server back online. You can email me at steve@lucketts.net
